Meetings

Regular Club meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the third Monday of every month. Meetings take place at the Willow Creek Sportsman’s Club, located at 3307 West Washington Street in Bradford, PA. All members are invited and encouraged to attend.

The Annual Meeting occurs in December of each year, where annual elections occur. If you would like to seek an election ballot, please see Tammy Patterson or Rusty Ransom prior to the December meeting.

The Board of Directors meet monthly at minimum, but can meet more frequently when deemed appropriate.

The fourth Monday of every month, there will be work nights starting at 5:30 PM at the clubhouse. The focus will be geared towards lawn maintenance, building upkeep, removal of debris, preparing for the addition to be rebuilt.
